Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the excellent work done by your team on the course. It was a complex project and I know we put you under extreme pressure to get a review version ready before Christmas. I am pleased to say that, as always, your team did a terrific job and developed what we think is a very nice piece of eLearning.

My congratulations and thanks to the entire project team. From project requirements definition and costing through to completion the Harbinger team were exceptional. The first PCR was handled very professionally and I am equally satisfied with both the process of development as well as I am with the product developed. Well done, excellent work.

Three things I liked best about the project:

• Responsiveness to my project needs – quick responses to follow up actions/emails etc.
• Including best practice techniques that I had not asked for – and in the case of a choice of implementations – suggesting improvements based on your industry experience.
• Very friendly and highly capable team members to work with.

The elearning project has literally touched everyone in our business as well as many of our associates at one point or another over the past 18 months. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has worked so tirelessly and so diligently to bring this part of the project to a conclusion.

The little things like the pills as navigation buttons and the radar screen for objectives show me that you can take creativity to a level that we need. I like that you have looked at the visual aspect of the entire GUI instead of just the onscreen visuals. This prototype has the media-rich look and feel that we look for in our Level 3 offerings.
